How to track your client's progress ?

You can follow the progress of your clients' dossiers directly on the platform thanks to your dashboard. You will find all the dossiers in progress, completed and archived. By consulting the dashboard, you can directly obtain essential information such as the progress of the dossier, the account used to launch the dossier and all the people involved in the dossier. Additional information such as the start date and the step of the process it is currently in can also be obtained from the dashboard columns. A secondary way to track the progress of your clients' dossiers is to enable the bcc option for all emails sent from the platform, which allows you to track all important dossier progress updates without even logging into the platform.
