What is a white label or grey label platform?
Alf is a platform that can be configured on behalf of its clients to be either white label or grey label.
White label means that the client customizes their platform to resemble their existing identity, making it entirely theirs (e.g. graphics, brand, colors, fonts…).
Grey label, on the other hand, will show the Alf platform as it has been originally designed. This means it is a plug-and-play setup, with only a limited amount of customization available. The grey label version includes Alf’s branding.
