How and where is data stored on Alf?
The collecting and processing of consumer data is the responsibility of the organization(s) using the Alf platform. Alf guarantees the secure preservation of this data.
The data is stored and archived on Alf and is only accessible from the platform. The archiving time is to be defined by the organization according to its privacy policy and in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.
Additionally, the data that the organization processes is the data required for the construction of legal dossiers, which may require special guarantees due to its particular sensitivity. Depending on the user authorizations, access to the information in the dossiers is limited (and defined upstream by the organization’s platform administrator).
Alf guarantees the security of the data on its AWS servers and thanks to its certified partners.
